Your data, and what you can do with it
Rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 — and the shortest honest answer, which is that without an account we hold nothing at all.
Using the site without an account
We hold nothing. No analytics, no cookie that identifies you, no server-side record of what you read. There is nothing to request a copy of and nothing to delete. That is not a setting — it is how the site is built. See the privacy notice.
See what we hold
A copy of everything associated with your account, and a list of anyone we shared it with. That list is empty, and it is designed to stay empty.
Correct it
Anything wrong — a name, an age band recorded incorrectly — gets fixed.
Delete everything
Your account and all its data, erased within 30 days. This is not a deactivation that keeps a shadow copy.
Withdraw consent
As easy as giving it — the law requires that, and it is the right design anyway.
Nominate someone
You can name a person to exercise these rights on your behalf if you are unable to.
How to ask
Email privacy@moneylingo.in from the address on your account. We will verify it is you — which is itself a protection, since otherwise anyone could request deletion of your account.
If we get it wrong, our Grievance Officer is the next step, and the Data Protection Board of India after that.
